How It Works
How does HIPClip’s Advertiser Clip Sponsor Program work?
HIPClip refers to as the ‘Advertiser Clip Sponsor Program’ the way HIPClip can match:
1. the interest of Advertisers as ‘Sponsors’ to place their ad in a ‘Featured Area by Category’; and
2. the eligibility of a clip created by Clip Producers to be featured in different areas on the HIPClip Service as a ‘Featured Clip’ including in a Featured Area by Category
3. the eligibility of an Advertiser-Sponsor that is already working with a Clip Producer to obtain Ad Spaces in areas where a Clip Producer’s completed clip may be presented.

How do Featured Areas by Categories Work?
Advertisers can present their offers for goods and services reaching possible audiences interested in clip categories in the following areas.
HIPClip refers to these as ‘Ad Spaces by Clip Categories’ areas.
HIPClip provides a way for Advertisers to present their ads in Ad Spaces by Clip Categories.
HIPClip refers to these as Featured Ad Spaces areas.
HIPClip also provides a way for Advertisers to match their interest in Featured Ad Spaces areas with the clips that Clip Producers seek to present on HIPClip as Featured Clips.
HIPClip refers to these Ad Spaces as the ‘Advertiser Clip Sponsor Program’

Advertisers can purchase ‘Ad Spaces’ that are labeled ‘Sponsored By’ in different areas on HIPClip.

A Clip Series refers to a set of individual Single Clips that can be related to each other in a story or a set of Single Clips under a ‘series’ name.

How can a Sponsor of my Clip Content work with HIPClip?
HIPClip provides its Ad Supported Clip Sponsor Program as a very easy way for Advertisers (e.g. Sponsors of clips and content) to work with HIPClip.

1. I am a Clip Producer WITH existing relationships with an Advertiser (i.e. a Sponsor) and a completed clip, can I introduce my Sponsor to HIPClip to use the Ad Supported Clip Sponsor Program.
Yes.
2. I am a Clip Producer WITHOUT an existing relationships with an Advertiser (i.e. a Sponsor) and I my clip is not completed, can the Ad Supported Clip Sponsor Service make available to an Advertiser ad spaces connectable to my clip?
It depends on the circumstances.
Use of the Ad Supported Clip Sponsor Program requires that a Clip Producer contact HIPClip.
3.I am an Advertiser, am I eligible to use the Ad Supported Clip Sponsor Program.
Yes.
HIPClip permits clips that contain ‘product placement’ (advertising of goods or services within the clip video or audio) ONLY with prior permission of HIPClip.
HIPClip permits clips including Podcasts that offer for sale goods or services within the clip video or audio (e.g. a selling Podcast) ONLY with prior permission of HIPClip.
